For weddings and large celebrations we recommend booking 9 to 18 months ahead, especially for popular dates between November and April. Month-of Coordination and Wedding Day Management can usually be booked two to six months ahead. Corporate events typically need three to six months. If your date is sooner, get in touch anyway — we will always tell you honestly what is possible.

You will receive an email copy of your answers straight away. Maame Esi or a member of the team will then review your inquiry and contact you by your preferred method — usually within 24 to 48 hours — to arrange a consultation. After the consultation we send a tailored proposal with scope and fees.

Yes. A consultation is a great way to get expert direction on your vision, priorities and budget, even if you plan to do most of the work yourself. You can book a time directly on our Book a Consultation page.

Our video consultation is free. The in-person consultation is GH₵ 300, paid securely online by card or Mobile Money when you book.

Partial Planning starts earlier: we create a planning strategy with you and actively source and manage vendors for the areas you hand over. Month-of Coordination is for couples who have already booked everything — we take over approximately four to eight weeks before the wedding to confirm vendors, finalise the timeline, run the rehearsal and manage the day.

Yes. Every plan starts with an honest conversation about budget. We will help you prioritise what matters most, suggest where to invest and where to save, and recommend vendors that fit your range. If something is not realistic for your budget, we will tell you early so there are no surprises.

Absolutely. If you have already booked vendors or have favourites in mind, we are happy to work with them and bring them into one coordinated plan. We can also recommend trusted partners from our vetted network for anything still outstanding.

Paid consultations are booked and paid online through Paystack, by card or Mobile Money, in Ghana cedis. For planning packages, a deposit secures your date once you have accepted your proposal and signed the agreement, and the balance is paid in instalments set out in your contract. We never ask for card details by phone or email.

Yes — traditional engagements are one of our specialities. We work closely with both families to honour their customs, and coordinate everything from the venue, décor and catering to the order of proceedings, attire timing and gifts presentation.

Yes. We plan conferences and seminars, product launches, awards nights and galas, end-of-year parties, retreats, AGMs and more. Visit our Corporate page or submit a corporate inquiry and we will prepare a tailored proposal.

Yes. We are based in Accra but plan events across Ghana, including Kumasi, Cape Coast, Takoradi, Aburi, Ada and Akosombo. Travel and accommodation for our team are included in your proposal for events outside Greater Accra.

Very often. Many of our couples live in the UK, the US, Canada or elsewhere and are planning a wedding at home in Ghana. We work through video calls and WhatsApp, share regular updates and photos, attend vendor meetings and tastings on your behalf, and make sure everything is ready by the time you land.
