Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of getplannedbydd.com, operated by Planned by DD, an event planning business based in Accra, Ghana. By using the website you agree to them.

1. Using this website

You may browse the site, submit inquiries and book consultations for genuine personal or business purposes. Please do not misuse the site — for example, by submitting false information, attempting to access the administration area, uploading harmful files or sending spam.

2. Inquiries are not bookings

Submitting an event inquiry does not reserve a date or create a contract. An event is only booked once we have confirmed it in writing and any agreed contract has been signed and the required deposit paid. Prices shown on the website are starting points and may change; your final fee is set out in your written proposal.

3. Consultation bookings and payment

• Some consultations are free and some carry a fee, as shown when you book. Paid consultations are confirmed once payment is received through Paystack by card or Mobile Money.
• When you start a paid booking, your chosen time is held for a short period while you complete payment. If payment is not completed, the time is released.
• All times are in Ghana time (GMT) unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancelling or rescheduling a consultation

You may reschedule or cancel a consultation free of charge up to 48 hours before the start time by replying to your confirmation email or contacting us. Paid consultations cancelled within this window are refunded in full to the original payment method. Cancellations made later than 48 hours before the start time, or missed consultations, are not usually refundable, although we will always try to offer a new time where we can. If we need to reschedule, we will offer you a new time or a full refund.

5. Intellectual property

The text, photography, logos and design of this website belong to Planned by DD or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Content you send us (such as inspiration images) remains yours; you give us permission to use it to plan your event.

6. Third-party services

We use trusted providers such as Paystack for payments and WhatsApp for messaging. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.

7. Limitation of liability

We work hard to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Planned by DD is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Our responsibilities for planning your event are set out in your written contract. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Ghanaian law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction over any dispute.
