The brief
A regional organisation needed a two-day conference for 600 delegates, with plenary sessions, breakout rooms, exhibition booths and a closing gala dinner — delivered on a fixed procurement budget.

Our approach
We handled venue contracting, delegate registration and badges, speaker liaison, audiovisual production and livestreaming for remote attendees. A dedicated team managed each breakout room, and we turned the main hall around overnight for the gala.

The result
Delegate feedback rated the organisation 4.8 out of 5, sessions ran to time, and the post-event report helped the client secure board approval for next year's edition.
