Specialized service
Vendor Sourcing & Management
The right vendors for your style and budget — and someone to manage them.
How we help
Finding reliable vendors is one of the most stressful parts of planning. We recommend vetted caterers, decorators, photographers, entertainers and more that match your style and budget, arrange meetings and tastings, and review quotes with you. Once you have chosen, we become the main point of contact so every vendor is briefed, confirmed and on schedule.
This service can be booked on its own or added to any of our planning packages.
What's included
- Tailored shortlists from our vetted vendor network
- Meeting, tasting and site-visit coordination
- Quote comparison and contract review guidance
